Boys’ trip to Lancaster/Gettysburg, day 3 The team ascends Little Round Top, a much easier proposition in 2011 than it was in 1863 without all that pesky rifle and artillery fire. The monument to the 44th New York Infantry can be seen at the top of the hill.
