CCNF Isoletta, 2020 Futurity Sale, Lot #35

CCNF Isoletta, Lot #35

Two videos in two days: it’s almost as if the Lutz family is stuck on the farm or something with nothing better to do? Oh. CCNF Isoletta (CCNF Isola x CCNF Angiolo, AOA #35549451) is the beige juvenile female we have consigned to the online 2020 Futurity auction which is taking place on Saturday April 18 at 3:30 PM EDT/19:30 GMT! Like her older cousin, Requiem en Rose (Lot #9), Isoletta was also slated to be a part of our 2020 show team and of course also sells with full reproductive guarantees and a future non-transferable breeding to any CCNF owned or co-owned Herdsire.

Were we to be making that breeding decision, we would be deeply partial to our up and coming almost 2 year old Herdsire, CCNF Perceus (CCNF Pristine x Snowmass Elite Legend), who odds are, by the time this lovely lady is of age, should be also working himself. For those not familiar with who he is, suffice it to say that we have been waiting for Percy to reach breeding age since well before he was even weaned from his dam! In any case, choosing Isoletta’s breeding match from a list of names that includes no fewer than 6 different former Futurity Champions (those being just the white options, by the way) will be a lovely dilemma to have.

Isoletta is first and foremost a genuinely special young alpaca in her own right, unquestionably one of the most advanced fleeces produced by our birth class of 2019. She should be more than capable of showing herself for her new owners both this coming fall (assuming, you know, the pandemic and all…) as well as in the spring of 2021, before then coming back to us that following spring or summer to get bred. Let’s put it this way: she is going to be shown — and should compete for the big prizes — whether she’s on your show string or ours. I’m sorry you can’t all see her in person, as not even my wife’s fancy schmancy IPhone lenses quite do her justice. Like we said in the our original post announcing the online auction though: Futurity Sale lemonade it shall be. We go to the virtual auction block with the marketing we have, not necessarily the marketing we might want? Something like that.

While we sell most of our animals here domestically in the USA, we do have experience with international clientele and we are fully equipped with an existing USDA-grade quarantine facility here on our property, so international bidders are also encouraged!
