Power restored

It really is beautiful out today at the farm: the sun is shining, the alpacas are back out eating from their outdoor feeders, and the trees all look like they are part of a crystalline forest. Of course that last part is much easier to appreciate now that power has been restored to the Arena. That and the fact that the wheelbarrows down at the lower barns can only hold so much manure and soiled bedding. Had CVPS, their glorious orange service truck, and chainsaws not shown up around lunchtime we would have started to get antsy. Not that there isn’t always a plan B but it’s awful nice not having the major pieces of farm machinery trapped at the top of the farm anymore!
